Our Refund Policy

All bookings require deposit in advance. Please be mindful that we are holding a spot for you. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booked appointments will receive a 100% refund. Refunds are issued within 1 to 2 business days, Monday thru Friday. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 20% cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, your payment will transfer to the new appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. If we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We will contact you within 24 hours. Upon your request, we will issue a full refund of deposit, or reschedule your appointment. Please verify your contact information prior to booking.  By booking this appointment you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

How do we Determine our Fees?

We do our best to keep our prices competitive.  As such, All fees on our website are at or below the State  of California guidelines for Notarial Acts. Other service fees are consistent with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics and the IRS per mile rate.
