Submit your fingerprints for any purpose, including employment, certification, licensing, permits, and other DOJ and FBI requirements. Our professional and experienced staff will guide you through the process and ensure that your fingerprint submission is hassle-free.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require payment in advance. Please be mindful that we are holding a spot for you. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booked appointments will receive a 100% refund. Refunds are issued within 1 to 2 business days, Monday thru Friday. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 20% cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, your payment will transfer to the new appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. If we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We will contact you within 24 hours. Upon your request, we will issue a full refund or reschedule your appointment. Please verify your contact information prior to booking. By booking this appointment you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
